I thought it might be fun to compare the 1971 PGA Tour Schedule with today’s schedule…

And to peruse the alphabetical listing of the players on the 1971 Tour (Sorry about having it in this orientation, there’s no feature for rotating the image.)

I found it interesting that to begin the 1971 year, Hale Irwin had no wins in his career to date, Johnny Miller also had none, and Jack Nicklaus already had 31 tour wins and a British Open title.
